OUR PIZZA DOUGH IS MADE ON SITE USING A SLOW FERMENTATION PROCESS OF 72 HOURS WHICH ALLOWS THE DOUGH TO BECOME FULL OF FLAVOUR, LIGHTER AND EASIER TO DIGEST.
THE VAST AMOUNT OF OUR INGREDIENTS ARE FROM ITALY.
AS WELL AS OFFERING AUTHENTIC ITALIAN RECIPES WE BELIEVE EVERYONE SHOULD HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO ENJOY OUR FOOD.
OUR FLOUR COMES FROM EMILIA ROMAGNA WHO HAS BEEN MAKING FLOUR IN ITALY SINCE 1832.
OUR TOMATO SAUCE IS FROM SAN MARZANO D.O.P. DELL’ AGRO SARNESE NOCERINO FROM (VALLEY OF SARNO) WHICH IS THE BEST SAUCE FOR AN AUTHENTIC NEAPOLITAN PIZZA.
OUR MOZZARELLA IS FROM CAMPANIA NAPLES WHO HAVE BEEN MAKING MOZZARELLA SINCE 1880.
