Pizzeria Famosa is a unique addition to the Jersey market, serving pizzas made by highly skilled and experienced Italian Master Pizzaiolo, using special techniques such as a 72 hour levitation process, the finest ingredients and the best equipment which all contribute to remarkable pizzas that are light, easy to digest and full of aroma. In addition to pizzas the restaurant will also be serving various starters, pastas, salads and desserts.

Pizzeria Famosa, the Neapolitan, gourmet sourdough pizza restaurant is seeking for candidates for the following positions.
CHEF
We are looking for someone with a big personality, who can bring fun to our kitchen, whilst being able to inspire our team through their passion for Italian food and excellent service.
An ideal candidate will have a welcoming and friendly approach, will connect well with the rest of the team, understand our menu and the quality of the food we serve as well as demonstrate the appropriate behaviour and adhere to required standards.
A previous experience as a chef is essential with the ability to work as a part of a team in a fast paced environment remaining calm and organised under pressure. You will also need good communication skills, the ability to use your initiative and perform tasks efficiently.
SUPERVISOR
We are looking for someone with a big personality, who can bring fun to the restaurant floor, whilst being able to inspire our team and our customers through their passion for Italian food and excellent service.
An ideal candidate will have a welcoming and friendly approach, will connect well with the customers and the rest of the team, understand our menu and the quality of the food we serve as well as demonstrate the appropriate behaviour and adhere to required standards.
A strong background at supervisor level is needed with the ability to run busy services with a smile on your face, build and maintaining Pizzeria Famosa’s reputation for high service & food standards. You will also need good communication skills, the ability to use your initiative and lead a team.
WAITER
We are looking for someone with a big personality, who can bring fun to the restaurant floor, whilst being able to inspire our team and our customers through their passion for Italian food and excellent service.
An ideal candidate will have a welcoming and friendly approach, will connect well with the customers and the rest of the team, understand our menu and the quality of the food we serve as well as demonstrate the appropriate behaviour and adhere to required standards.
An experience as a front of the house member is needed with the ability to provide services during busy period with a smile on your face, build and maintaining Pizzeria Famosa’s reputation for high service & food standards. You will also need good communication skills, the ability to use your initiative and perform tasks efficiently.
KITCHEN PORTER
We are looking for a candidate who has a friendly approach, is reliable, can demonstrate the appropriate behaviour and adhere to required standards and will connect well with the rest of the team.
A previous experience is not required as full training will be provided.
