Our secret? The dough is made in-house using our own yeast, a 72-hour levitation process, and stretched by hand using a special Neapolitan technique called “at slap.” Our pizzas are prepared with the finest ingredients, the best equipment, and baked in a brick oven at 450 degrees, all of which contribute to a remarkable product that is light, easy to digest, and full of aroma.

OUR TOMATO SAUCE IS FROM SAN MARZANO D.O.P. DELL’ AGRO SARNESE NOCERINO FROM (VALLEY OF SARNO) WHICH IS THE BEST SAUCE FOR AN AUTHENTIC NEAPOLITAN PIZZA.

 

MOZZARELLA:

OUR MOZZARELLA IS FROM CAMPANIA NAPLES WHO HAVE BEEN MAKING MOZZARELLA SINCE 1880.
